Terms of services

You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.

I will send you the full resolution picture as well as a transparent and non-watermark version. If buying a reference sheet, you will also receive the base color version. I will also provide the post version (the one I'll submit to my gallery). If you happen to need to re-upload the picture somewhere, I would appreciate if you only upload the smaller one and never the big file.

Be sure to save the picture somewhere on your computer, USB memory... I clean my stash from time to time.

Except for emotes, I don't do commissions for commercial use as of now.

I reserve the right of refusing your commission if I don't feel like drawing it, feel uncomfortable/not confident enough drawing your character or you have been proved troublesome in any way.

Do not ask me to draw in a different style.

Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I'll probably modify them a bit to make them fit my style (it's just a slight change). However, if you want me to stick to them, please specify it in the form.

As an artist, my art is constantly improving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (lineart style, coloring method...).

By purchasing a commission from me you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.

Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters) except if asked not to.

Promote myself with it in any place except if asked not to.

Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes). Please only repost the small low-resolution version of the artwork that I will provide to avoid art thefts.

Print the art and even make merchandise if it's only for your personal use and not for sale.

Make some small edits like cropping, slight color edits...

Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.

Heavily trace or use my works without my permission.

Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)

Take credit for the art.

I will only take Paypal payments. Exceptions might be made with DeviantArt Points, please contact me beforehand.

Paypal payments will only be accepted in EUROS.

I will fully cover the Seller's Paypal fees.

→ If you're using another currency than Euro, please do keep in mind that as the buyer, Paypal will charge you a currency conversion fee that I do not cover.

I will require full payment after you have approved the sketch. I will not begin the lineart stage until I have received the payment.

I will request payment with an invoice instead of having you send me the payment to avoid accidental transactions.

Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission. Always wait for my instructions first!

If you never pay for the drawing after the sketch stage, you will not have the right to use it and I will have the right to recycle the pose of the sketch for another drawing.

Fill the form you'll find at the top of the commission informations card.

Please avoid using too many abbreviations or slang so I can understand you easily.

Wait for my answer so we can discuss any details if needed.

I will try to finish your picture in a timely manner, however, please be patient with me.

I generally finish a drawing within 1-2 weeks after getting the sketch approved, but it might vary depending on the waiting list, personal issues, complexity of the order... The most you'll have to wait for your commission is 3 months (such cases would be rare, but it may happen). If something comes and there is a delay with the art, or if I was to exceed the 3 months deadline, I would always keep you informed.

If the commissioner doesn't reply in a timely manner, I'm not to be held responsible for any delay this may cause.

I will show you WIPs, including the sketch and the lineart flat colored version. I may provide more WIPs if I feel like it's needed.

You may ask for WIPs at any moment while staying reasonable: do not spam me for updates multiple times a day.

You can keep track of what I'm currently working on here on my Trello, note that Commissions and Art Trades have higher priority over my personal art and requests/prizes.

When I send you the sketch version, you are allowed to ask for changes (while staying reasonable of course, I will not redraw a chibi entirely third times for example). Please be clear about what you aim for.

Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding details I may have forgotten.

Changes that make me have to redraw a part of the drawing will come with an extra fee.

I can refund 50% of the payment only if I have not started working on the coloring stage yet. Once I reach the coloring stage there will be no refunds. Please be serious about commissioning me.

If I, the artist, was to cancel the commission for whatever reason, the commissioner would receive a full refund no matter the amount of progress I made on your picture. Note that I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any moment.

If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to everything I have made for you will be retracted and I will make a post explaining what happened so that people can watch out.

Also, note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore.
